FAQ's
Do I need singing experience?
No. DiscoverU Vocal Lab is open to beginner and intermediate singers, as well as experienced singers who want to strengthen their vocal foundation and technique in a supportive group environment.
Is this private coaching?
No. DiscoverU Vocal Lab is a group vocal coaching experience. While singers will receive guidance and instruction during class, this is not one-on-one private coaching.
What happens if I miss a class?
Because each class builds upon the previous week, participants are encouraged to attend all sessions. Missed classes are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
Are refunds available?
Due to limited seating and advance preparation for each cycle, registrations are non-refundable. If DiscoverU Vocal Lab cancels a class cycle, registered participants will receive a full refund.
When will I receive the venue address?
Registered participants will receive the exact venue address and arrival details prior to the first class session.
